TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Points are accrued at rate of 1 point for every whole £1 spent in store and have a purchase value of £0.01. Points are not transferable, may only be used in store, and may not be collected or redeemed on *Cashback, *Tobacco products, or other *selected items. The management reserves the right to exclude and include products eligible for for the scheme, or point redemption, at any time without notice. Points may be redeemed at any time and do not all have to be redeemed at once. Points accrued do not expire, except upon the closure of the scheme, upon forfeiture of this card, or upon a written request by the named applicant to have their personal data removed from our database. Lost cards may be charged for at the discretion of the management at a rate of £1.50 per card. The cost of replacing lost cards can be covered by accrued points provided the balance is sufficient to cover the replacement cost. The management reserve the right to change the terms of the scheme at any time.
ONLINE SIGNUP
After you have signed up, you will be contacted by email to confirm that your application has ben accepted and that the details provided have been added to our customer database. Your Chettle UP! Card will then be made ready for you to collect upon your next visit to Chettle Village Store. Please see below for information on how we manage your privacy and keep your personal data secure.

PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
By signing up to the scheme, you consent to having the personal data provided in this application form added to our customer database, and to our online marketing management client (unless you have chosen to opt out of marketing communications). All personal data held is done so securely, in compliance with GDPR, and in accordance with Chettle Village Store's Privacy and Data Protection Policy. All personal data provided will be held in a secure database provided by our till software suppliers; County Epos Ltd. We use Mailchimp for our online marketing and for managing our email newsletter. Your data will not be shared with any other company, organisation or with any other 3rd party for any reason without your express written consent. You may request a copy of any personal data we hold on you at any time, and may request your personal data be updated and/or amended at any time. You may request to be removed from our database at any time, with the understanding that you will also be ending your participation in the scheme and may forfeit any unredeemed points that may be accrued.

MARKETING PREFERENCES
From time to time we would like to get in touch with you to let you know about our plans for the future of Chettle Village Store, to update you on community events around Chettle that may be of interest, and to offer exclusive discounts and promotions to Chettle UP! members. On average we will send you 1 email a month, and don't currently have plans to market by post or email, but if you prefer not to be contacted for marketing purposes, please tick the boxes below. You will however still receive communications that relate to your account, and/or that relate to the terms and conditions of the Chettle UP! Scheme.
